What payment options do you accept? TOP
Bella Cupcake Couture accepts payments via PayPal. You will be navigated to a Paypal payment site after you submit your order. PayPal does not require an account and accepts all major credit cards. Credit card details can be entered on the left side of the screen and the right side remains blank.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I place my order? TOP
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, you will receive an email containing a confirmation of shipping. Please note orders placed without an email address will not receive an email confirmation.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed? TOP
Changes and cancellations can be processed if the order has not been processed and shipped. Please contact Bella Cupcake Couture at info@bellacupcakecouture.com ASAP for details.
What are the delivery rates/fees? TOP
Standard delivery rate fee: Ground (2-6 days) $5, Priority (2-3 days) $10 and Express (Next business day) $30.00
Retail orders over $100 receive Free Shipping by entering the following code at checkout: FREESHIPPING
What are your shipping and delivery policies? TOP
Bella Cupcake Couture ships your order via USPS 1-3 business days after receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends unless requested and with an additional charge.
Will I be notified if an item is out of stock? TOP
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by our customer care representative ASAP. Do you ship internationally? TOP
International Orders are welcome, please contact us by email to confirm shipping charges and arrange payment at info@bellacupcakecouture.com.
What if my products arrive damaged? TOP
In the event of shipping damages to your items please notify us within 24 hours at info@bellacupcakecouture.com. The original shipping package will need to be saved and returned for any damage claims.
What if a package arrives late due to weather or unforeseen problems? TOP
Bella Cupcake Couture is not liable for delays in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems. Please choose the appropriate shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these concerns.
Chargebacks and Returned Checks TOP
In the event of a returned check or chargeback the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the financial institutions involved including but not limited to a $25.00 dispute fee. What is the sales tax for purchases? TOP
Bella Cupcake Coutures charges 9% sales tax for retail orders from the State of Washington only.
What is your return policy? TOP
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by email at info@bellacupcakecouture.com for return authorization before returning any product. You may return products that are unused and unopened for a full refund, minus shipping costs up to 30 days after purchase.

I don't see the color scheme I was looking for? TOP
Bella Cupcake Couture would like to hear the type of colors or designs you may be looking for. Please email us at info@bellacupcakecouture.com. We will utilize this feedback for future consideration when developing new designs and color schemes.
In the meantime, consider using one of the current cupcake designs and tint the cupcake frosting or decorative sprinkles to match. I.e. If theme colors are Purple and white; use one of the black and white wrappers and dye your frosting purple or sprinkle with purple sparkling sugars.
Note: We currently do not carry dye or sprinkles.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? TOP
Yes, we sell wholesale to verified business dealers or vendors. You must supply a valid State Resale License number or Federal EIN (or identification your country provides), as well as your full business name.
For your convenience, Bella Cupcake Couture can also set up an auto-ship program for those who would like frequent shipments on a monthly or quarterly basis.
What size baking liner fits best in a Bella Cupcake Couture wrapper? TOP
We understand there are several baking liner sizes available on the market. We hope the below information help you to make the best cupcake
creations using our wrappers.
Our standard size wrapper fits most "standard" size baking liners, however we have found the "best fit" is the 1-7/8" wall and 2-1/4" diameter base.
Our mini size wrapper "best fits" a 1" high and 1-1/4" wide baking liner.
